The following terms apply to bookings made through the Szalai Guesthouse online booking system. This text is a draft, we recommend having it reviewed by a legal professional before finalizing.
How booking works
A request submitted through the website is a booking request, which we confirm by email. The booking becomes final once the deposit is received.
Deposit and payment
At booking, we request a portion of the total price as a deposit, payable online by card. The remaining balance is settled on arrival.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge if you notify us at least 9 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable for the deposit already paid. Please notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible by email or phone.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 10:00; other times can be arranged in advance.
